Email support@realinfluencer.ai. It is the only support channel, it reaches a person, and it is the same address the policies on this site point to.

We would rather be specific than reassuring, so: we do not publish a guaranteed response window, and this page is not going to invent one. What we can tell you is what makes a message fast to act on.

What to include

• The email on your account. Billing and account records are keyed to it, and without it we are guessing.
• What you were doing. The page you were on and what you expected to happen beats a description of the feeling.
• The link, if there is one. If it concerns something you made, the URL of that ad, template or creator tells us more than a screenshot.

Some things you do not need to email us about

A generation that failed. Credits for a failed generation come back automatically; the exact rule is in the Refund Policy. Write in if yours did not.

Opting out of ad tracking. That is a switch you control yourself on Your Privacy Choices, and it takes effect immediately without an account or a request.
