Your Privacy Choices
Last updated July 27, 2026 · Effective July 27, 2026
Depending on where you live, you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising— the practice of using what you do on our site to target ads to you elsewhere. Use the switch below. It takes effect immediately in this browser; there is nothing to submit and no account required.
What opting out actually does
We would rather be specific than reassuring, so here is the exact behavior rather than a promise.
It stops:
- Advertising click identifiers. When you arrive from an ad, the advertising platform appends an identifier to the link (for example fbclid or gclid). These are what make a person matchable inside an ad platform. While you are opted out we do not store them — and turning the switch on also deletes any we already stored for you.
- Advertising tags. Any advertising or conversion-measurement tag on the site is blocked from firing for you.
It does not stop:
- Our own product analytics. We measure how the product itself is used — which pages load, which steps people get stuck on — through a vendor that processes it for us, under contract, as a service provider, not for its own purposes and not to target you anywhere else. That is not a sale or a share, and the opt-out right does not reach it.
- Which of our own links you clicked. If you arrive from one of our campaigns, we keep the campaign label (for example utm_source). That names a campaign, not you, and it never leaves our own analytics.
- Anything required to run the Service. Signing in, your credits balance, security and anti-fraud controls, and the records we are required to keep.
Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends GPC, we treat it as a valid opt-out request automatically — you do not need to use the switch above, and the switch will show as locked on. We honor it on the very first page you load, before any script on the page runs.
If you want to stop being treated as opted out, turn GPC off in your browser or extension settings. We will not override your browser’s signal from our side.
A limit worth knowing
Your choice is stored in a cookie on the browser you set it in. It does not follow you to a different browser, a different device, or a private window, and clearing your cookies clears it. That is a real limitation of a browser-level control, not a loophole — GPC does not have it, which is one reason we honor it.
Your other privacy rights
Opting out is one of several rights. You may also request to access, delete, or correct your information, and you may use an authorized agent where the law permits. Section 10 of our Privacy Policy explains each one and how to exercise it; Section 7 covers sale and sharing specifically. To submit a request, email privacy@realinfluencer.ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
